There’s a quote from ColdBrew.Finance on Instagram that sparked this discussion:
Every dollar you spend is a dollar you will never see again.
Every dollar you invest has the potential to work for you for life.
Think about that. When you buy a new outfit or pair of shoes, you will never see that money again (unless you can resale or consign it). Instead of spending money on a finite object that looses value, why not consider investing that same amount instead?
Once you see the difference, you can’t unsee it.
But I don’t have any money to invest
We hear this objection all the time. It’s based on a limiting perception of how much money you have. If you have enough money to buy extra things, you have enough money to at least save, until you can invest.
Money loves to grow and when you use safe money strategies, you can have your account indexed to the stock market (but not in the stock market).
