Hello Wealth Tablers!

“What will you do today, knowing that you are one of the rarest forms of life to ever walk the Earth?” — Mark Nepo

When was the last time you looked up?

Not literally—but metaphorically. When did you last step back from the endless scroll, the packed calendar, the constant notifications, and ask yourself: Is this the life I actually want to be living?

Most of us are so buried in the day-to-day that we forget we have a choice. We’re responding to emails, checking social media, repeating the same patterns. And before we know it, years have passed. We’ve been so busy living that we forgot to ask if we’re living the life we want.

Why We Don’t Look Up

Looking up requires us to face uncomfortable questions. It means acknowledging that maybe we’re not where we thought we’d be. It means accepting responsibility for the direction of our lives.

So we numb out. We scroll through other people’s highlight reels. We stay busy enough that we don’t have time to think. We convince ourselves that this is just how life is.

But here’s the truth: you’re not stuck. You’re just not looking up.

The Three-Part Framework for Finding Your Path

When you do look up—when you create space to assess where you are and where you want to go—you need a framework. Something simple enough to remember, but powerful enough to actually change your direction.

Here it is: Core Values. Goals. Strategy.

1. Core Values: Your Internal Compass

Your core values are the non-negotiables. The things that, when honored, make you feel alive. When violated, make you feel like you’re betraying yourself.

Maybe it’s freedom. Creativity. Connection. Impact. These aren’t borrowed from Instagram quotes—they’re deeply personal truths about what matters most to you.

When you know your core values, every decision becomes simpler. Does this opportunity align with what I value? Does this path lead toward or away from what matters most?

2. Goals: Your Destination Points

Once you know what you value, you can set goals that actually matter. Not the goals you think you should have—the ones that light you up when you think about them.

Where do you want to be in one year? Three years? What does success actually look like for you, not for anyone else?

The magic happens when your goals are rooted in your values. That’s when motivation becomes something that pulls you forward naturally.

3. Strategy: Your Roadmap

This is where most people get stuck. They know what they value and want, but don’t know how to get there.

Your strategy doesn’t have to be perfect. Break down your goals into quarterly milestones, then monthly actions, then weekly habits. Make the path so clear that the next step is obvious.

When things don’t go according to plan? Adjust. Your strategy is a living document, not a rigid contract.

The Stakes Are Higher Than You Think

Here’s what you need to accept and understand: You only get one life.

It’s not morbid to consider this fact. It’s actually empowering because it can motivate you to become who you want to be. This isn’t a dress rehearsal. The life you’re living right now is the one that counts.

So what are you going to do with it?

Are you going to keep your head down, scrolling and hoping things work out? Or are you going to look up, assess where you are, and deliberately choose where you’re going?

The overwhelm isn’t a sign you need to work harder. It’s a sign you need to stop and get clear on what actually matters.

Step away from the noise. Define your values, set your goals, map your strategy.

Because you’re one of the rarest forms of life to ever walk the Earth.

What are you going to do with that today?

To your prosperity,

Kathryn & Kimberly
